Slight variations in handmade or artisan products are normal

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase
Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise stated

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery confirmation
Insurance claims must be made directly with the shipping provider

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery
Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving returned items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty

Faulty or Damaged Products:

We will repair, replace, or refund faulty products at no cost to you
Contact us immediately if you receive damaged or faulty products
We may require photos or return of the faulty product
