Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Shipping Options

All domestic orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post with two options:

Standard Shipping - $12.95

  • Delivered within 2-7 business days (depending on location)

  • Includes tracking

Express Shipping - $19.95

  • Delivered within 1-3 business days (depending on location)

  • Includes tracking

  • Priority handling
     

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation

  • Processing time does not include shipping time

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
     

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times within Australia via Australia Post:

Standard Shipping:

  • Major cities: 2-5 business days

  • Regional areas: 3-7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5-10 business days

Express Shipping:

  • Major cities: 1-2 business days

  • Regional areas: 2-3 business days

  • Remote areas: 3-5 business days

Shipping times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
 

Tracking

  • All domestic orders include tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched

  • You can track your order using the Australia Post website or app
     

Delivery

  • Australia Post will attempt delivery to your nominated address

  • If you're not available, Australia Post will leave a collection card

  • Items can be collected from your local Post Office or redelivered (fees may apply for redelivery)

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct - LSDesign is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
     

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with household members/neighbours

  2. Check around your property for safe drop locations

  3. Contact Australia Post directly

  4. If the item cannot be located, contact us at Lucy.lsdesign@gmail.com
     

International Shipping

International shipping is available worldwide.
 

How International Shipping Works

  1. Add products to your cart as normal

  2. Add the "International Shipping - Quote Required" item to your cart for $1.00

  3. Complete your order - you'll pay for your products plus the $1.00 shipping placeholder

  4. We'll calculate your actual shipping cost within 24-48 hours based on:

    • Your delivery address

    • Package weight and dimensions

    • Your preferred shipping service (standard, express, or tracked)

  5. We'll send you a shipping invoice for the remaining shipping cost via email

  6. Your order ships within 1-2 business days of receiving your shipping payment
     

International Shipping Costs

  • Actual shipping costs vary by destination and service level

  • We use DHL for international deliveries

  • You'll receive a detailed quote before any additional payment is required

  • The $1.00 placeholder is deducted from your final shipping cost
     

Customs and Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country

  • We'll mark packages appropriately and provide all necessary customs documentation

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes for certain items (restrictions vary by product)

  • Addresses where Australia Post does not deliver

Some items may have additional shipping restrictions - these will be noted on the product page.
 

Lost or Damaged Items
Lost Items

  • If your item is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  • We will work with Australia Post to investigate

  • Replacement or refund will be provided once loss is confirmed
     

Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • We will arrange for replacement or refund
